Exercise Guidelines for Lazy People

No time to do some exercises? wanna live a healthy life but it seems very difficult to start? wanna lose some pounds but can't stand the pain of doing extreme diet program? Too busy to do some sport activities? Wanna quit eating or smoking but you just can't do it? Well, I might have the answers for you.


The other day, I was wondering if I could at least jog or walk around the neighborhood every morning while I'm not working. However, all the plans will quickly be dissapeared after getting up in the morning, realizing that I have no energy to do those heavy exercises, feeling so sleepy and tired. Therefore, I decided to search on the net and found some tips from an Australian website, which mentioned some easy ways to at least make our body fitter and fresher without spending hours to exercise.

These tips will be useful for the lazier ones amongst us who do not want to have to set out a marathon 60-minute jog every day. Just 10-20 minutes of exercise three times a week should do it. Try these easy activities:

* Walking (hit the stairs at the office)
* Having lunch outside the office (No delivery order)
* Walk around the office, talks to colleagues from other divisions
* Making a cup of tea/ coffee in the pantry
* Toilet breaks
* Streching after sitting for hours on your seat
* Take a public transportation (Time consuming but it makes you walk)


Well, I have to admit that most of the tips are actually my ideas. You could try them if you want to. But, I can't guarantee that it would work on you. If you have some healthy tips to share, please free to do so. YNWA
