Fruit Salad


Material:

Sauce:

250 ml mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
150 ml yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 / 4 teaspoon salt

Contents:

2 kiwi fruit, cut into pieces
1 can of sweet oranges in syrup
8 fresh strawberries, cut into pieces
100 grams of pineapple, cut into fan shape
10 red grapes, cut into two parts

Garnishes:

Mint leaves

How to Make:

1. Prepare a hollow plastic container with a lid.

2. Sauce: Beat mascarpone cheese with sugar until soft, add yogurt, orange juice and salt, mix well, store in closet cooling.

3. Take container, arrange kiwi fruit, oranges, strawberries, pineapples, and grapes, put the sauce on top, decorate with mint leaves, cover and store in refrigerator.

4. Serve cold.
